A private app made for your wedding alone and themed to match it, where your guests find the schedule, the photos and each other.
Baraati is a private, invite-only wedding app built for Indian weddings. The couple and their families create one app for their wedding; every guest joins from one private invite link and gets the invitation, RSVP, the full multi-day ceremony schedule, travel and hotel-room details, a private photo feed and wedding games. Indian weddings run three to five days across five or more ceremonies, with guests travelling in from across the country and abroad. Baraati replaces the scattered WhatsApp groups, PDF invitations, guest-list spreadsheets and RSVP phone calls that celebration normally takes, with a single app themed for your wedding.
It is free for weddings up to 10 guests, and ₹11,000 or ₹21,000 one-time for larger ones. Guests always join, RSVP, post and play free. Only the host pays.
The name causes some confusion, so plainly: Baraati is software: one private app per wedding. It is not a wedding services business and does not sell, book, supply or take commission on anything below.
What it is: a private app that the couple and their families run their own wedding from, and that their invited guests use for the invitation, RSVP, the multi-day ceremony schedule, travel and hotel rooms, photos and games. Its customers are hosts and their guests, never vendors. If you are looking to book a band or a photographer, a marketplace like WedMeGood is the right tool, and this guide explains the difference.
From Gulabi Raat to Shwet Sangam, each theme sets the fonts, colours and card shapes for the whole app.
Guests join via your unique invite code. Nothing is listed publicly, so only the people you invited can get in.
Guests play Word Search, Predictions and Who's Most Likely? for points on a shared wedding leaderboard.
A shared photo feed with emoji reactions, a BTS feed, and I-Spy photo challenges across 10 wedding moments.
The most important week of your life shouldn't be coordinated in five group chats and a shared Google Doc.
Guests compete before, during & after the celebrations.
Every theme changes the fonts, colours, card shapes and shadows.
A web app for hosts and professional planners, for the heavy lifting of planning on a bigger screen. Tasks, vendors, budget, shopping and guests in one cockpit, synced live with the app your guests use.
Open the Planner →Runs in your browser at planner.baraati.co.in · your guests stay on the app.
Add couple names, venue, dates & ceremonies. Pick your theme. Get a private invite link with your names in it.
Share one link on WhatsApp. It opens your invitation in any browser, and guests RSVP in seconds without downloading anything.
Guests play games, post to the feed, complete I-Spy challenges, and climb the leaderboard.
Every guest's full-resolution originals land in one Photo Drive. On Premium, the whole week becomes an album website for three years.
Guests tap the host's invite link and the invitation opens in their browser. They don't need the app to RSVP. They sign in with a one-time code, pick their side (Bride's, Groom's, or Event Team) and they're in. The app adds the photo feed, games and live updates.
Yes. Every wedding is invitation-only and can be reached only through your unique invite code. Photos, games, and the social feed all live inside your wedding's private space.
Baraati includes three built-in games: Word Search (find hidden wedding words in a 15×15 grid), Predictions (vote on questions about the couple), and Who's Most Likely? (rapid-fire 15-second bride-or-groom questions). All games feed into a shared leaderboard.
I-Spy is a photo challenge where guests capture specific wedding moments, such as with the Bride, with the Groom, on the dance floor or a candid emotion. Each guest can upload up to 10 photos per moment, and everyone can react to submissions.
Yes. Guests can submit their travel itinerary (arrival/departure date, time, mode, and confirmation number), and hosts can export it as a CSV. Guests can also upload government-issued ID documents (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence) for hotel check-in. The documents are stored securely and only the host can view them.
Yes. Baraati is live on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android. Download it, create your wedding, and share the invite link with your guests.
